MANILA, Philippines — Robinsons Offices, the office development and leasing arm of Gokongwei-led Robinsons Land Corp., is expanding its presence in Mindanao with a new nine-story building in Davao City.
In a disclosure on Tuesday, Robinsons Land said that the project would be built on a portion of property , along JP Laurel Street, acquired from Great Earth Marketing & Development Corp. The new project will add to Robinsons Land’s growing portfolio in Mindanao, which currently includes eight shopping malls, three GoHotels, one Grand Summit Hotel, and two office buildings.
